PSA recently certified this as a inscribed and signed photo of Ty Cobb. By the way, What does Certified mean?
Love to know which one of the PSA team authenticated this. no one will ever tell you. They hide behind a corporate name. No individual here takes responsibility. Try to contact Joe Orlando for something like this and he's among the missing. The inscription and signature of Ty Cobb is easily recognizable as a forgery even by a new comer practicing to be an authenticator. What makes this hilarious is the photo is not even of Ty Cobb but of a team mate Hack Simmons.
Where's anti-semite Steve Cyrkin during all this/ He's a major stockholder in Collectors Universe, publicly traded company and parent company of PSA/DNA. Stockholders need to know what's going on behind the scenes as PSADNA authenticating service falls apart.
